These Terms govern your use of flo2.com (the “Service”), operated by Data Products LLP (“we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
flo2 is a zero-markup, bring-your-own-keys LLM gateway and router. You supply your own third-party LLM provider API keys; flo2 routes your requests (with fallback, racing and caching) to those providers using your keys. flo2 does not resell tokens — you pay each provider directly under your own agreements with them.
The Service is offered on an as-is, evolving basis. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for your account, your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your flo2 keys. Keep your flo2 keys secret; a leaked key can incur provider charges on your own provider accounts. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You represent that you are authorized to use the provider keys you add, and you agree to comply with each provider’s terms, acceptable-use and privacy policies. You are solely responsible for all charges your keys incur at those providers. We are not a party to your relationship with any provider and are not responsible for provider outages, pricing, model changes or content.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send the credentials or data of others without authorization, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent rate or spend limits.
You retain rights to the prompts you send and the outputs you receive (subject to provider terms). By default we do not store request/response content. If you enable training-data collection or A/B testing, you instruct us to store that content for your own use; you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store it and that it does not contain data you are not permitted to retain.
Any model prices shown on flo2 (including the /llm-pricing pages) are provided for convenience, are sourced from third parties, and may be inaccurate or out of date. They are not an offer or a guarantee. Always confirm pricing with the provider.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that routing will always select any particular model.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Products LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any provider charges, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim, or CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Data Products LLP from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or any provider’s terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
